When finishing a basement we like to take the time to discuss and compare ideas with the customer to determine exactly what each customer is trying to get out of their project. Perhaps their intention is a game room, living room, bedrooms, etc. We only use high quality materials and trades when finishing a basement, but that doesn’t mean it will cost you a lot of money. We pass our cost savings on to our customers allowing us to provide high quality finishes at a reasonable price.

Flooring

There are many reasons why someone may want to change their flooring such as allergies, wanting a new look, old/damaged flooring and so on. Bathrooms

We love being able to remodel or finish a roughed in bathroom because we feel that some people don’t understand the importance of a properly finished bathroom. A bathroom could be a selling feature in a home or it can add value to a home if you’re putting in that extra bathroom. There are so many different showers, tubs, vanities, faucets, tile, etc. that your options to having a unique bathroom are endless but we will gladly help you with any decisions or questions that you may have so that you can accomplish your goal.

Concrete/Concrete Raising

I know you’re tired of driving into that stone filled driveway. Walking out into your backyard and it’s all muddy. With every concrete job that we do, whether it’s a driveway, patio, or shed pad, we only use 32mpa with air and fiber mesh while other companies only use 25mpa. Some companies use a 30mpa and that is fine but there is more satisfaction knowing that we gave you the stronger product because that’s what Homestyle is all about quality not quantity. We offer both regular white finished concrete as well as stamped concrete, it’s all up to you!

Concrete slab rising is a more economical way of keeping your driveway and fixing the different height levels. When your driveway has settled a tremendous amount due to faulty ground conditions or it wasn’t prepped properly before it was poured and the concrete is in good shape why pay to tear it out. Concrete slab rising is the just the correct answer for a situation like this.

Additions

Additions are a great way of getting more out of your house. When deciding to build an addition you’re able to eliminate a few hassles such as having to move and it’s less expensive than building a new house. If the customer already has a plan in mind we can work off it. However if they do not have a plan, and have some ideas as to what they want, we will gladly work with them to gather the information to design what the customer has in their head but just can’t put down on a piece of paper.

While building an addition I take pride in the fact that I like to use the higher quality of materials. I just find that the higher quality product becomes easier to install and when the job is done I know it was done properly. I find that the length of the project is also very important to any customer. When given a time frame, I like to assess the project and explain to the customers how I figure the time frame out so they get an idea on what is going on with their house and I’m very focused on sticking to that time frame.

Kitchens

There are many different ways of changing the outlook of your kitchen. Maybe you're tired of the cupboards that you have and would like new more up to date cupboards or you're tired of the layout of your kitchen and you saw a friend's kitchen or something out of a magazine and you would like to know if you would be able to have a kitchen like that. Even if it is a small job like installing a backsplash around your whole kitchen because you’re tired of the chairs marking the walls or trying to wipe off the stubborn grease from cooking.
